Conditions of Sale

  1. All sales are always subject only to our Conditions of Sale either stated in our quotation or not.
  2. All quoted prices are net, excluding VAT, ex works Johannesburg, excluding packing, loading, delivery, installation or commissioning.
  3. All quotations are valid for a period of 30 days unless stated otherwise.
  4. Any order under the value of R1500.00 is subject to a handling charge of R250.00.
  5. Sales on account are subject to payment within 30 days from date of invoice. Accounts not settled as per above are closed.
  6. New accounts are opened only upon 12 months trading on a COD basis to a minimum value of R100000.00.
  7. All non stock items require a minimum deposit with order of 50%, in the case of a new account a 60% deposit is applicable.
  8. New COD clients have to pay the due amount into our account prior to delivery.
  9. Quoted delivery periods are based on past experience. Any delay in delivery is subject to acceptance by the client without any rights for compensation or order cancellation.
  10. Our supply is subject to a guarantee period of 3 months against faulty materials, design or manufacture, subject to costfree return of the goods, and is limited to replacement of the goods only.
  11. All goods supplied remain our property until fully paid. No claims are accepted unless the goods have been paid in full.
  12. Any order may be cancelled by the purchaser if we admit to be unable to supply the goods.
  13. We reserve our rights to accept or reject any order placed on us.
