Our scope of supply over recent years has involved many different heavy industries including cement, chemical and sugar. Some of these companies include, AfriSam, NPC Cimpor, Lafarge Cement, Sasol Nitro and Polymers as well as Hulletts Sugar and Illovo Sugar. The cement industry has shown very strong growth over recent years with large capital expenditure on packaging plants and we are both pleased and proud to say that our Modular Belt has become a preferred product within these 50kg packaging lines. Due to the high speed and high load applications in these plants, the Modular Belts have outperformed all conventional PVC belts previously used.
The Modular Belts have become well known for their versatility and good wear resistance. Our Curved Conveyors have continued to be an outstanding product with many sales in a range of industries. Our fairly new extension to the belting range includes the food grade polypropylene belt which is beginning to make in-roads into the food industry. Due to the 100% local manufacture of our range of Modular Belts, we have become extremely competitive and a larger competitor to many imported modular belt brands. Thus we continue to promote our proudly South African Products in the local market.
