Guarantee

  1. Our supply is subject only to our general conditions of sale.
  2. Claims under our guarantee are only accepted once the supply is fully paid.
  3. All affected parts are supplied free of charge, if claimed within 6 months on single shift (8 hour), 3 months for double shift (16 hour) and 2 months for 24 hour operations. All dates calculated from date of dispatch. Any claims must be made in writing proving that the defect is due to faulty manufacture, materials or workmanship. Replaced items remain the property of the supplier. Goods purchased by the supplier from other suppliers are subject only to their guarantees.
  4. The right of the purchaser to make any claim is restricted to the liability period.
  5. Liability is limited to replacement of parts on an ex works basis and requires the cost free return of the affected part.
  6. No liablity is accepted for defects due to:
    • incorrect usage, faulty installation, or commissioning if executed by the purchaser or third parties;
    • normal wear and tear, faulty or incorrect operation especially overloading;
    • and/or incorrect work mediums, exchange materials, faulty building works, incorrect positioning, chemical, electro chemical or electro influences, unless they are proven faults by the supplier.
  7. For rectification/replacement of parts, reasonable time and opportunities have to be given by the purchaser to the supplier.
  8. Any alteration or repairs instituted by the purchaser without prior consent of supplier terminates supplier's liability immediately.
  9. All KHK/FTH plastic panel complete conveyor supply and installations are subject to a unconditional guarantee save accidental damage.
